Our Story
In October 2024, Little Abe Day care opened its doors with the goal of providing a safe and positive learning environment for the children of local families. “I always wanted my own day care center, and after working with other families, my husband and I decided to go for it,” said Johana Umana, a Latina entrepreneur who has worked with children for most of her life. “I love seeing the kids grow and develop. We love teaching them and helping them along their way in life.
Careful attention to each child’s needs is something we take very seriously. From morning walks and healthy meals to learning ABCs and 123s and engaging in arts and crafts, Little Abe Daycare is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment.
